Standard & Poor's (S&P) has upgraded Klépierre's credit rating to "A-" with a stable outlook. This change reflects the quality of Klépierre's asset portfolio, its cash flow generation capabilities and its prudent financial policy. The rating agency considers these elements as the keys to the recent performances that have exceeded S&P's expectations.

Fitch had previously affirmed Klépierre’s “A−” senior unsecured debt rating. The group is now at the highest rating level in the listed European real estate sector. Klépierre plans to continue its acquisitions, thereby strengthening its accretive debt-financed investments.

Stéphane Tortajada, CFO, underlines that this rating marks a new chapter of growth after solid results for 2024. The group's operational excellence and disciplined financial strategy are the main contributors.
