KLÉPIERRE: Preparatory documents for the General Meeting
On April 3, 2025, Klépierre announced to shareholders the availability of documents for the general meeting of April 24, 2025. This event will be held at the Pavillon Cambon Capucines in Paris. A notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published on March 19, 2025, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires.
The preparatory documents can be viewed on the Klépierre website, under the heading "Finance Area/2025 General Meeting." They are also available at the company's registered office. Until April 19, 2025, shareholders can request that the documents be sent electronically or by post.
Klépierre encourages shareholders to stay informed by regularly visiting the site for possible updates.
