Klondike Gold Samples Up to 42 g/t Au at Stander Zone
Klondike Gold Corp. is reporting promising prospecting results from the Stander Zone within the Klondike District Property in Yukon, Canada. The company's recent findings show high-grade gold samples, with the highest at 41.2 g/t Au.
Fieldwork started in May 2024, aiming to identify gold-bearing quartz veins on the Eldorado Creek slope. The work yielded eleven samples, three of which contained visible gold. Samples ranged between 0.24 g/t Au and 41.2 g/t Au, with significant visible gold found in multiple samples.
This discovery supports the continuity of gold mineralization from 2023 drill intercepts to surface exposure. Klondike Gold's current drilling phases focus on expanding the Stander Zone along Eldorado Creek.
Phase 2 drilling of approximately 2,500 meters has started, looking for high-grade gold and additional mineralization. The company has employed MSALABS for gold analysis and awaits further assay results in the coming weeks.
