Komax Holding AG Board Proposes New Leadership for 2025

Komax Holding AG has announced significant changes in its leadership. Current Chairman Beat Kälin will step down from his role at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2025. The Board of Directors has nominated Andreas Häberli as the new Chairman. Beat Kälin, who has served since 2015, will continue as a Board member until 2027.

Andreas Häberli, a Board member since 2017, chairs the Sustainability and Innovation Committee and serves on the Remuneration Committee. He also holds positions at PhenoSign AG and Kardex Holding AG. Häberli emphasizes stability and continuity in a challenging market.

Additionally, Roland Siegwart will not seek re-election. Daniel Lippuner is proposed as a new Board member. Lippuner brings over 25 years of management experience, including roles at Hilti Group and OC Oerlikon, along with extensive work in Asia.
