KOMAX Holding AG Shareholders Approve All Board Proposals and Elect New Director

On April 17, 2024, KOMAX Holding AG conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Culture and Convention Center in Lucerne, where shareholders confirmed the reelection of six board members and welcomed Annette Heimlicher as a new director. Annette Heimlicher, previously CEO of Contrinex Group, was elected with a majority. The AGM also approved a CHF 3.00 per share dividend.

The AGM, attended by 289 shareholders, saw 63.3% of the share capital represented. Shareholders endorsed the dividend proposal, with CHF 1.50 per share coming from capital contribution reserves, offering a tax-free benefit to eligible Swiss residents. The dividends are scheduled for distribution starting April 23, 2024.
