Korian files an amendment to its 2023 Universal Registration Document
Paris, June 1, 2024 – Clariane, the leading European care community, announces the filing of an amendment to the 2023 Universal Registration Document with the Financial Markets Authority, under number D. 24-0380-A01.
The amendment includes updates on 2023 highlights, European presence, real estate strategy and various risks. It also contains information on governance, financial performance and forecasts for 2024-2026.
Clariane also presented its financial strengthening plan and forecasts average annual organic growth of 5% in its turnover by 2026, supported by an increase in occupancy rates and activity volumes.
The group has ambitious ESG objectives, including the commitment of more than 7,000 employees to degree courses and the implementation of SBTi commitments on the carbon trajectory.
