KPS AG Reports First Quarter 2024/2025 Financial Results
KPS AG has announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2024/2025. The company reported a revenue of €32.5 million in a challenging retail market. This represents a 16.5% decrease compared to last year's €38.9 million, attributed to limited personnel availability and delayed projects.
Despite the revenue decline, KPS recorded a positive EBITDA of €2.2 million, achieving a 6.8% EBITDA margin. This marks a significant improvement from the same quarter last year, which saw a negative EBITDA of -€0.9 million due to customer insolvencies.
KPS continues to focus on expanding its customer base and adapting its service portfolio. The company's Executive Board maintains its forecast for the 2024/2025 financial year, expecting revenues between €129.5 million and €151.5 million, and EBITDA between €10.2 million and €14.9 million.
