Kudelski Group Reveals 2024 Annual Results

The Kudelski Group has reported its 2024 financial results, highlighting a significant transformation with the sale of SKIDATA for EUR 340 million, which brought over EUR 300 million in net cash. This move improved the company's balance sheet by allowing the repayment of CHF 145.9 million in bonds and all bank debt. Kudelski ended the year with a cash position of USD 126.3 million.

The group's total revenue was USD 393.0 million, with a net profit of USD 10.6 million. Digital Television revenues fell by 11.6% to USD 227.8 million; however, its Advanced Security Platform grew by 47%. Cybersecurity saw revenues of USD 108.5 million, marking a 1.8% increase, while IoT revenues remained stable at USD 47.4 million.

The 2025 outlook anticipates stable revenue and EBITDA, following the restructuring adjustments. Key focuses include expanding cybersecurity operations and IoT asset tracking initiatives.
