Lagardère Announces Monthly Voting Rights and Share Capital Information
Lagardère has released its monthly update on the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital as of July 31, 2024. This disclosure is in compliance with Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French financial markets authority (A.M.F).
As of the specified date, the company reported a total of 141,133,286 capital stock shares. The number of exercisable voting rights was 194,687,332, while the number of theoretical voting rights stood at 195,197,197.
The difference between exercisable voting rights and theoretical voting rights accounts for shares without voting rights, including treasury shares. These figures are used to analyze statutory and legal threshold crossings respectively.
