LAGARDERE announces the payment dates for its ordinary dividend for 2024
The ordinary dividend will be detached on April 26 and paid on April 30, after approval by the General Meeting.
By Roger HERRMANN - LAGARDERE today revealed details regarding the payment of the ordinary dividend to its shareholders for the 2023 fiscal year. According to the company's Board of Directors, this dividend, amounting to €0.65 per share, will officially be detached on April 26, 2024, following the approval expected at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for April 25, 2024. Payment is scheduled for April 30, 2024.
The dividend proposal is part of an active investment policy and also aims to reduce the group's net debt. The latter, established in 1992 and operating in more than 40 countries with some 31,300 employees, reported a turnover of 8 billion euros for the year 2023. Lagardère is made up of three main branches: Lagardère Publishing, Lagardère Travel Retail and Lagardère News, encompassing diverse activities ranging from book publishing to catering to media and entertainment.
