Lagardère Group Reports First-Half 2024 Results
Lagardère Group has reported a robust performance for the first half of 2024, with revenue rising by 10.1% on a like-for-like basis to €4,193 million. The group's recurring EBIT reached record levels, standing at €212 million, a 50.3% increase from the previous year.
Lagardère Publishing witnessed a revenue increase of 4.5%, hitting €1,309 million, and its recurring EBIT soared by €48 million. Notable success was seen in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Lagardère Travel Retail achieved significant growth, with revenue climbing by 13.5% to €2,748 million. The recurring EBIT for this segment reached €109 million, mainly driven by the EMEA region and North America.
Other Activities, including Lagardère Live Entertainment and Lagardère Radio, also showed positive momentum.
These results underscore the effectiveness of Lagardère’s strategic model across all its business segments.
