LAGARDERE SA Announces Half-Year Liquidity Contract Statement
LAGARDERE SA released its half-year liquidity contract statement for the first half of 2024, in line with the French Financial Markets Authority's decision. The company’s liquidity contract was executed in partnership with BNP Paribas Financial Markets.
As of June 30, 2024, the company held 21,916 shares and €607,552 in cash. There were 471 buy-side executions, totaling 46,672 shares for €934,061, and 417 sell-side executions, totaling 53,093 shares for €1,061,455.
For comparison, at the end of 2023, the liquidity account had 27,719 shares for €438,021, with 821 buy-side and 685 sell-side executions in the second half of 2023. The collected resources when the contract was signed in September 2022 were 0 shares and €1,000,000.
