Lagardère Secures €225 Million Through Schuldscheindarlehen Issue
Lagardère SA has successfully secured €225 million through a Schuldscheindarlehen debt issue, a private placement under German law. Originally set at €125 million, the issue was oversubscribed. Investors were primarily from Germany, Southern Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
This issue included multiple euro-denominated tranches with maturities up to five years, offering both fixed and floating rates. The favorable terms reflect investor confidence in Lagardère's strategic direction.
The transaction was facilitated by financial institutions Commerzbank, LBBW, and UniCredit.
