Lahontan Gold Corp Announces Executive Changes and Shares Update

Lahontan Gold Corp (TSXV:LG) (OTCQB:LGCXF) has appointed Ms. Kimberly Ann as Executive Chair, effective immediately. Kimberly Ann, the company's Founder, CEO, President, and Director, will now also serve in this new role by the Board of Directors' decision.

The company also provided an update on the status of the block of Lahontan common shares held by Victoria Gold Corp (VGCX). In an order granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on August 15, 2024, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed receiver and manager of VGCX's assets, including its Lahontan shares. The shares can only be sold with court approval, which is expected to facilitate an orderly sale. Lahontan's management is diligently assisting to ensure the best possible outcome for its shareholders.
