LAIQON AG Expands with New Luxembourg SICAV and Equity Fund

LAIQON AG, a premium wealth specialist, is furthering its expansion through the establishment of a new Luxembourg SICAV, integrating MainFirst sub-funds. Effective from October 1, 2026, these funds will be merged into the LAIQON SICAV, marking a significant step in the company's growth strategy.

This move aligns with LAIQON's goal to consolidate and standardize operations while maintaining consistent investor support. Management of the sub-funds will transfer to Universal-Investment Luxembourg S.A., with portfolio management continuing under the established Global-Growth Equity team.

A new sub-fund, LAIQON SICAV - Global Equities Dynamic, is being launched. It focuses on dynamic growth companies, emphasizing structural trends like AI and robotics. Managed by Jan-Christoph Herbst, the fund seeks high returns through concentrated investments in high-growth companies, offering retail and institutional classes.
