The acquisition of Heidsieck & C° Monopole was finalized on January 5, 2026, for €50 million. This strategic move aims to enhance LANSON-BCC's brand portfolio and foster long-term value creation.

The Group plans to leverage Heidsieck & C° Monopole's integration to bolster its presence in the high-end wine segment. The acquisition will not affect the 2025 income statement but will be reflected in the balance sheet as an intangible asset.
