L'assemblée générale annuelle de Highlight Event and Entertainment AG approuve toutes les propositions
Pratteln, le 28 juin 2024 – Highlight Event and Entertainment AG (« HLEE »), cotée à la SIX Swiss Stock Exchange, a tenu aujourd'hui son assemblée générale annuelle. Les actionnaires ont approuvé toutes les motions proposées par le conseil d'administration à une large majorité.
Bernhard Burgener a été réélu président du conseil d'administration. Peter von Büren, Clive Ng, Edda Kraft et Stefan Wehrenberg ont également été réélus membres du conseil d'administration. En outre, Edda Kraft et Stefan Wehrenberg ont été réélus membres du comité de rémunération.
La proposition du conseil d'administration visant à réduire la valeur nominale de toutes les actions au porteur de CHF 9 à CHF 1 a été approuvée. La tranche de capital actuelle a été prolongée jusqu'en 2029 avec des seuils ajustés.
