Latecoere Delays 2023 Registration Document Amid Ongoing Evaluations

Latecoere, a key partner to global aircraft manufacturers, announced a delay in releasing its 2023 Universal Registration Document, initially updated to markets on March 29. This postponement is due to pending assessments regarding potential non-cash intangible assets impairments.

The 2023 financial summary highlights a significant revenue increase of 32% to €615 million, driven by heightened production to meet customer demands. However, the company faced a recurring EBITDA loss of €31.5 million, attributed to persistent inflation pressures and global supply chain challenges.

Despite these hurdles, Latecoere reported a satisfactory performance from all businesses acquired in the last two years, with integration moving forward effectively. Moreover, the company successfully restructured its capital, featuring a €124 million rights issue and €183 million in debt cancellation.

The final approval of the annual results by the Board of Directors is still pending. Latecoere has committed to providing further updates to the market in due course.
