Launch of GoReader: A New Application to Personalize Article Listening

GoReader, a technology company, has launched its application allowing users to transform written articles into personalized audio content. Available on the App Store, the application uses artificial intelligence to convert articles from renowned journalists into audio playlists, covering various areas such as sports, entertainment, and global news.

Facing an audience looking for quality journalism accessible at any time, GoReader responds by offering the possibility to consume information while engaging in other activities. Users can search for articles by publication, subject, or keywords, and add them to a personalized playlist, similar to a custom podcast.

According to the Spoken Word Audio Report 2023, 48% of Americans now listen to spoken audio content, with a significant increase in time spent on these contents. Tim Stoute, co-founder of GoReader, emphasizes the interest in allowing consumers to select high-quality articles. Furthermore, this innovation offers publishers a new monetization strategy and aims to broaden accessibility to a more diverse audience.

GoReader plans to expand its offering to more media partners and extend its availability to other countries and languages in 2024. Currently free on the App Store, the application will soon be available on Google Play.
