LDC announces the total number of voting rights and shares as of January 31, 2024

The LDC group, specializing in the agri-food industry and based in Sable-sur-Sarthe, declared in accordance with the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, its data relating to capital as of January 31, 2024. On this date, the number of share making up the capital amounts to 17,635,433, with a total of gross voting rights of 30,708,147 and net voting rights of 30,520,852.

This press release also recalls the regulatory obligations concerning crossing thresholds. According to article 12 of the statutes of the company LDC, any holder, direct or indirect, of 2% or more of the capital must inform the company by registered letter within 15 days after crossing the threshold. Failure to comply with this rule may lead to deprivation of voting rights for shares exceeding the undeclared threshold.
