LDC: Update of capital and voting rights as of June 30, 2025

LDC, a limited company with a Management Board and Supervisory Board, has announced its share capital figures as of June 30, 2025. The capital is structured around 35,270,866 shares. These shares entitle the holder to a total of 60,725,474 gross voting rights and 60,078,762 net voting rights. This update is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

It should be remembered that, pursuant to Article 12 of LDC's articles of association, any holding equal to or greater than 2% of the capital must be declared to the company. Failure to comply with this rule results in the suspension of voting rights on the shares concerned, after notification of shareholders holding 5% of the capital.
