Status of LDC voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2025

LDC, a company specializing in agri-food, has announced the total number of its shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2025. The share capital comprises 35,270,866 shares. The number of gross voting rights is 60,726,011, while the number of net voting rights is 60,078,916. This declaration is made in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
