Leadership Transition at Mister Spex SE: Dirk Graber Steps Down, Stephan Schulz-Gohritz Steps In
Dirk Graber, founder and CEO of Mister Spex SE, will step down from his role on July 31, 2024. After sixteen years of leadership, Graber has requested the Supervisory Board to relieve him of his duties.
Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, currently the CFO of Mister Spex SE, will assume the role of CEO on an interim basis starting August 1, 2024. The Supervisory Board will review the future structure of the Management Board and will provide updates in due course.
