Learnd SE announces the acquisition of BG Energy Solutions

learnd SE, through its subsidiary learnd Limited, has finalized a share purchase agreement to acquire Crucible Holdings Limited, known as BG Energy Solutions. This company specializes in building control, energy management and remote management solutions. The transaction is part of learnd SE's strategy to selectively pursue merger and acquisition opportunities as well as partnerships, in order to consolidate the building management systems market and expand its geographic reach in Europe.

The transaction, which is expected to close today subject to customary closing conditions, involves an amount in the low single digit millions and the allocation of 310,465 learnd SE treasury shares to the sellers of Crucible Holdings Limited.
