Leclanché Ends Strategic Partnership Agreements with Pinnacle

YVERDON-LES-BAINS, Switzerland - Leclanché SA, a leader in energy storage, has announced the termination of its strategic partnership agreements with Pinnacle International Venture Capital Limited. The collaboration was initially aimed at facilitating Leclanché's strategic growth through substantial funding from Pinnacle.

The agreements, including a term sheet and framework agreement, ended as Pinnacle failed to provide the agreed investment amount or finalize the investment structure. Despite thorough due diligence by both parties, the lack of fulfillment by Pinnacle led to the termination.

The option for Pinnacle to acquire shares from Leclanché's majority shareholder, SEF-LUX, was also terminated. These developments mark a significant shift in Leclanché's strategic planning and partnership approach.
