Leclanché SA unveils its 2024 half-year results
Energy storage specialist Leclanché SA has revealed a decline in its revenue in the first half of 2024 to CHF 5.6 million, compared to CHF 8.9 million in 2023. However, the EBITDA loss was reduced by 27% to CHF 19.2 million. This improvement underlines the effectiveness of cost-cutting measures.
The company increased its gross margins to 10.2%, thanks to strategic initiatives. Leclanché also secured a strong order book, notably with Canadian Pacific Kansas City rail and Škoda Electric, strengthening its market position.
A potential partnership with Pinnacle International Capital could provide up to CHF 360 million to support Leclanché’s future growth, consolidating its competitive advantage. A capital increase has also been completed, improving the company’s financial health.
