Seuil de Participation en Baisse pour Fidelity dans LECTRA
La société américaine Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC a récemment réduit sa participation dans LECTRA SA, passant sous le seuil des 5% du capital et des droits de vote. Selon la déclaration reçue le 29 septembre 2025, Fidelity détient désormais 4,99% du capital, soit 1 899 421 actions. Ce changement résulte d'une acquisition d'actions sur le marché et marque une baisse de leur participation dans le capital de LECTRA. En parallèle, FMR LLC, la holding contrôlant Fidelity, conserve une participation indirecte de 5,86%, essentiellement répartie entre plusieurs entités du groupe.
