Threshold Crossing by FMR LLC in LECTRA SA
FMR LLC has fallen below the 5% threshold in the share capital and voting rights of LECTRA SA. According to a letter dated November 4, 2025, this change is a consequence of the sale of LECTRA SA shares on the market, which took place on October 30, 2025.
FMR LLC now holds 1,810,082 shares, representing 4.76% of the share capital and voting rights. These shares are distributed among FIAM LLC, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Trust Company, and Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC.
The FMR group, known by its trading name Fidelity Investments, manages its shares through its subsidiaries, operating primarily on behalf of funds.
