Legrand Announces 2025 Financial Results and Key Dates for 2026
Legrand, a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures, released its consolidated financial statements for the year 2025, following their approval by the Board of Directors on February 11, 2026. These documents are available for consultation, alongside the full-year results presentation and related teleconferences, on the company's official website.
Legrand has outlined important financial dates for 2026. Its first-quarter results will be published on May 7, followed by a quiet period starting on April 7. The General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for May 27, with the ex-dividend date set for May 29 and dividend payments due by June 2. Half-year results are expected on July 29, preceded by another quiet period beginning June 29.
