LEM CFO Andrea Borla to Leave by End of November 2024
Geneva, 13 June 2024 – LEM (SIX: LEHN), a global leader in electrical measurement for various applications, announced that CFO Andrea Borla will step down at the end of November 2024 after nine years in the role. He is set to join a renowned privately held Swiss company.
During his tenure, Borla played a key role in LEM's business transformation. Andreas Hürlimann, Chairman of the Board, expressed regret over Borla's departure, highlighting his contributions to financial stability, strategic direction, and the company's relationship with the capital market.
The Board and executive management extended their gratitude to Borla and wished him well in his new role. The search for his successor has begun.
From 1 December 2024, Thomas Mellano will take over the finance organization on an interim basis. Mellano, 49, has extensive experience in finance roles within LEM.
