Lendistry Welcomes Clark Wen as Its New Chief Financial Officer

Lendistry has announced the appointment of Clark Wen as its new Chief Financial Officer, following the departure of Jeffrey J. Alfano. Wen brings over 15 years of experience in consumer finance and small business lending to the role.

During his tenure, Alfano played a crucial role in Lendistry's recovery post-pandemic. His achievements include securing a $100 million bond guarantee and an $85 million Senior Notes Offering. The latter was one of the largest capital raises by a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in 2022.

Clark Wen most recently served as Managing Director at Crestline Investors, where he focused on private credit and preferred equity investments. Wen has extensive experience in specialty finance and has previously worked with firms like Black Diamond Capital Management and EY's Corporate Finance Practice.

Wen expressed his enthusiasm about joining Lendistry, highlighting the firm's balance of innovation and responsible execution. CEO Everett K. Sands noted that Wen's expertise would help elevate Lendistry's capital-raising strategy and support its growth into new industries.
