Lhyfe, a French independent producer of green hydrogen, has announced the total number of shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2026. The disclosure aligns with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

As of the end of March, Lhyfe's share capital comprised 48,121,944 shares. Theoretical voting rights totaled 81,017,829, while exercisable voting rights amounted to 80,970,326. Notably, 47,503 shares are held in treasury, thus bearing no voting rights.
