LIBERO Football Finance AG Delays Financial Statements for 2023

LIBERO Football Finance AG announced the postponement of the release of their audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2023. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2024, the new expected publication date is May 31, 2024. The Frankfurt-based company attributes the delay to the need for their newly appointed sole managing director to acclimate to complex aspects of the business, which has significantly increased the workload involved in preparing the financial statements and collaborating with Mazars GmbH & Co. KG, the auditing firm in Berlin.
