LightOn Announces AMF Approval for Planned IPO on Euronext Growth Paris
LightOn, a dominant European firm in generative AI for businesses, has achieved a significant milestone with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) approving its registration document. This approval is a key development in LightOn’s journey towards its planned Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Euronext Growth® market in Paris.
LightOn offers customizable AI solutions under a SaaS model, collaborating with industry giants like Orange Business and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise to expand its reach. The company aims for considerable growth, targeting €40 million in revenue and an EBITDA margin of 40% by 2027. Key to this ambition is a €3 million subscription commitment from an institutional investor, marking 30% of the intended capital increase.
The company’s offerings, including the Forge and Paradigm platforms, are already implemented by major organizations across multiple regions, and strategic partnerships are in place to further drive business development and international expansion.
