LIGHTON: End of stabilization and new listed shares
LIGHTON announced the end of its stock market stabilisation period and the full exercise of the over-allotment option, increasing the size of its public offering to €13.5 million. This operation, managed by Portzamparc, a player in the BNP Paribas group, includes a liquidity contract. The company issued 156,000 new shares at a unit price of €10.35, bringing the total offering to 1,306,000 shares.
Since its IPO on Euronext Growth Paris, LightOn now has 21.2% of its capital accessible to the public. Portzamparc, as a stabilizing agent, has carried out several transactions to maintain the stability of the stock between November 26 and December 10, 2024. The settlement of the new shares is scheduled for December 13, 2024.
