LightOn's financial performance in the first half of 2025
LightOn, a pioneer in generative AI, has published its results for the first half of 2025, marked by a 15% increase in revenue to €709,000, mainly due to a fivefold increase in Paradigm license sales. However, the company posted a net loss of €3.7 million. Investments in commercial deployment and innovation contributed to these results.
Personnel and operating costs increased significantly, to €3.0 million and €2.9 million, respectively. Gross margin decreased, reflecting extended sales cycles. Despite these challenges, the company maintains a robust financial structure with net cash of €8.8 million.
The outlook for 2025 remains optimistic, with LightOn forecasting ARR of between €3 million and €4 million, illustrating significant potential growth.
