LightOn successfully completes its IPO on Euronext Growth Paris

LightOn, a generative AI company, recently successfully completed its initial public offering on Euronext Growth Paris. The transaction raised €11.9 million, which could reach €13.5 million if the over-allotment option is exercised. The company, with an initial market capitalization of €62 million, attracted a total demand of €15.2 million, leading to a 1.5x oversubscription.

The funds raised are intended to accelerate LightOn’s commercial development and support innovation within its Paradigm platform. The shares will begin trading on November 26, 2024. The offering attracted 6,379 retail investors, representing 65% of the allocation of new shares. In parallel, 35% of the shares were allocated to institutional investors through the global placement.
