LightOn's Successful IPO on Euronext Growth Paris
LightOn, a prominent player in generative AI for businesses, announced a successful initial public offering (IPO) on Euronext Growth Paris. The transaction raised €11.9 million, with potential to increase to €13.5 million. The IPO attracted a total demand of €15.2 million, representing an oversubscription rate of 1.5 times. Market capitalization before the Over-allotment Option is approximately €62 million.
The company issued 1,150,000 new shares. Trading is set to begin on 26 November 2024. LightOn plans to use the funds to expand sales and marketing, recruit engineers, and invest in technology to enhance its AI platform, Paradigm. Founders Igor Carron and Laurent Daudet expressed gratitude to shareholders and emphasized their commitment to innovation and market expansion.
Post-transaction, the founders collectively hold 47.9% of the share capital. The free float represents 19.1% of the share capital.
