Linde announces a 9% increase in its dividend

Linde plc, a leading industrial gases and engineering company, said today, February 27, 2024, that its board of directors has approved a 9% increase in its quarterly dividend, bringing it to $1.39 per share. The move marks the 31st consecutive year the company has increased its quarterly dividend.

This dividend increase will be effective on March 28, 2024 for shareholders of record as of March 14, 2024.
