Linedata Services maintains its eligibility for the PEA-PME

Linedata, a specialist in global solutions for asset management, insurance, and credit, has confirmed its continued eligibility for the PEA-PME scheme. This announcement follows verification of the criteria stipulated by Article L. 221-32-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code. To be eligible, a company must have fewer than 5,000 employees and a turnover of less than €1.5 billion or a total balance sheet not exceeding €2 billion.

According to the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024, Linedata meets these criteria, thus guaranteeing this eligibility. The company's shares therefore remain accessible to investors interested in the PEA-PME. Revenue for the third quarter of 2025 will be announced on October 23, 2025, after market close.
