LISI AUTOMOTIVE Enters Negotiations to Divest French Subsidiary
LISI AUTOMOTIVE, affiliated with the LISI Group, is advancing its strategic refocus by negotiating exclusively with ZeroBaseInvest GmbH. The aim is to sell its French subsidiary, LISI AUTOMOTIVE NOMEL SAS, which specializes in manufacturing nuts and washers through cold heading and vertical cutting for automotive and industrial markets.
Located in La Ferté Fresnel, France, this subsidiary projects sales of approximately €35 million for 2024. It holds key positions with automotive giants like Stellantis, Renault, VW, and Nissan. The sale aligns with LISI AUTOMOTIVE's strategy to concentrate on high-value fastening solutions. Completion is anticipated by February 2025, pending usual conditions and authorizations.
This acquisition will enhance ZeroBaseInvest GmbH's range, complementing its existing subsidiary ZB M+F. The LISI Group remains a global leader in fasteners and mechanical components across several sectors.
