LISI Reports Record Sales and Financial Growth in H1 2025
The LISI Group achieved record sales of nearly €980 million in the first half of 2025, marking an 8.3% increase in revenue compared to the same period in 2024. This growth was driven by robust performance in the aerospace sector. EBIT saw a significant rise of 77.1% to €95.6 million, reflecting the strong operational leverage of the company.
The current operating margin improved by 3.8 points, reaching 9.8%. Despite a negative free cash flow of -€14.3 million, partly due to currency fluctuations, LISI reaffirmed its annual targets. Additionally, the group announced exclusive talks with SK CAPITAL to sell its LISI MEDICAL division, which could significantly impact its financial structure.
Performance-wise, LISI AEROSPACE saw a 19.0% revenue rise, largely benefiting from increased aircraft demand. LISI AUTOMOTIVE, despite a decline in revenue, improved its efficiency and margins. Conversely, LISI MEDICAL experienced a slight decline in revenue but maintained a positive outlook with improved operating parameters.
