Listing of Bio-Inox on Euronext Access

Bio-Inox, a specialist in stainless steel tanks, is preparing to enter the Euronext Access market in Paris on December 20, 2024. This IPO marks an important step for this Bergerac-based company, which has been active since the end of the 1990s. It aims to increase Bio-Inox's reputation and strengthen its position on the market.

With a turnover of €8,056k in 2023 and an increasing EBE margin, Bio-Inox shows notable financial resilience. The company continues to expand its activities in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. To date, it maintains a solid financial base, with €2,505k of equity.

The listing will be done according to a technical admission procedure, with an initial valuation of the company at €6,000k. Bio-Inox is eligible for the PEA-PME scheme, offering tax advantages to investors.
