LNA Santé announces its distribution of capital and voting rights as of February 29, 2024

LNA Santé has published the figures relating to the distribution of its capital and the voting rights attached to the shares as of February 29, 2024. According to the document, the number of shares making up the capital in circulation amounts to 10,709,416.

The total gross voting rights, used for threshold crossing calculations, is 15,858,800. These figures take into account all shares with voting rights, including those which cannot be exercised.

On the other hand, the total number of voting rights actually exercisable is 15,374,649, after deduction of shares not enjoying voting rights, in particular those in treasury or other similar situations.
