LNA Santé: Distribution of capital and voting rights as of July 31, 2024

As of July 31, 2024, LNA Santé communicated the distribution of its capital and the voting rights attached to its shares, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

The outstanding capital is made up of 10,709,416 shares. In total, 15,863,848 gross voting rights are attached to these shares. However, the number of voting rights exercisable is 15,381,846, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights.
