Annette Grimaldi Joins Lobe Sciences' Board of Directors

Lobe Sciences Ltd., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Annette Grimaldi to its Board of Directors. With 35 years of experience in the life sciences investment banking sector, Grimaldi has an extensive background in advising on financings, mergers, and acquisitions. She notably led the life sciences practice at BMO Capital Markets and has held positions at firms like Jefferies & Company and Goldman Sachs.

The appointment comes as Lobe Sciences advances two major projects: L-130, targeting anxiety and cluster headaches, and S-100, focused on treating sickle cell disease. CEO Dr. Frederick D. Sancilio expressed confidence in Grimaldi's ability to leverage her experience and investor network to benefit the company's objectives.

Grimaldi will receive 4,000,000 restricted share units as part of her appointment. She also serves on the board of Delsona Therapeutics and is a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards.
