Long Path Partners Crosses 5% Voting Rights at Axway Software
On September 2, 2024, Axway Software announced that Long Path Partners, LP has crossed the 5% voting rights threshold. Long Path Partners now holds 2,699,428 shares, representing 9.07% of the capital and 6.54% of the voting rights of Axway.
This increase in stake is linked to a capital increase of the company Axway Software on August 27, 2024. The total shares held by Long Path Partners are divided between the Long Path Partners Smaller Companies Fund, LP with 2,444,855 shares and the Long Path Opportunities Fund, LP with 254,573 shares.
Long Path Partners is thus significantly strengthening its position within Axway Software, a company listed on Euronext Paris. The details of this transaction were communicated by Axway on August 23, 2024.
