L'Oréal successfully issues €1.25 billion bond

On October 29, 2024, L'Oréal successfully completed a bond issue for a total amount of €1.25 billion. This operation is divided into two tranches: a first of €750 million over three years with a fixed coupon of 2.50% per year and a second of €500 million over seven years with a coupon of 2.875% per year.

The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, including to partially refinance the acquisition of a stake in Galderma. The bonds, rated AA by S&P and Aa1 by Moody's, will be listed on Euronext Paris as of November 6, 2024. BNP Paribas, Citi, and Deutsche Bank acted as Global Coordinators.
