LR Health & Beauty Appoints Jörg Körfer as New CEO

LR Health & Beauty SE has announced Jörg Körfer as the new CEO, effective August 1, 2025. Körfer takes over from Dr Andreas Laabs and Andreas Grootz, who depart on July 31 by mutual agreement. The Supervisory Board is considering adding another member to the Management Board to strengthen leadership.

Körfer brings robust experience in global direct sales, having held prominent roles at Vorwerk and Bofrost. His expertise is expected to aid LR's strategy of maximizing its social commerce platform potential. Under his predecessor Dr Laabs, LR transitioned from direct sales to a social commerce leader, marked by digitalization and key product successes.

Körfer aims to continue this success, following measures implemented in Dr Laabs' and Grootz's tenures, such as governance improvements and market expansion. The Supervisory Board expresses confidence in Körfer's leadership for LR's growth.
