Luci Creative Hires Two New Executive Leaders
Award-winning museum design firm Luci Creative has announced the expansion of its C-suite executive team. Matthew McNerney joins as Chief Creative Officer and Kevin Yarashefski as Chief Operating Officer. This move supports Luci Creative's growth strategy amid increasing projects, clients, and studio locations. Both executives will report to CEO AJ Goehle.
McNerney, previously with Landor, brings over two decades of experience in creative innovation. His role will involve guiding the firm's creative vision and strategy, supporting business development, and leading the creative team on museum and experience design projects.
Yarashefski has 25 years of experience in creative brand management, HR, and project management. He will oversee financial management, process development, and HR protocols for Luci's studios and teams. His goal is to establish an operationally efficient foundation to accelerate future growth.
Luci Creative has expanded steadily, including the opening of new studios in Boston and Seattle. The firm has collaborated with major institutions like the Adams Presidential Center and the National Music Museum, solidifying its reputation in the industry.
